Soak Almond for 8 hours and cashew nuts for 2 hours, then rinse well. Put dates in the food processor and mix well. Add almond and 1/2 cup cashew nuts and mix well. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put it in the freezer for 1 hour or more. Add 1/2 cup cashew nuts and mix by hand. Make it into a ball and put some cacao on it. This should be plenty for 40 truffles. Keep in the freezer
